Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Items can be shipped worldwide. Once shipped, deliveries to the UK can take up to 4 working days to arrive. Europe 5-10 working days and 7-14 working days for the rest of the world. Buyers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective countries.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 5 working days unless stated otherwise. ( Please see products description) Shipping times will vary for custom orders. Please email if you need your order to arrive sooner and I will try my best to accommodate you. Tracking will be provided as soon as items are dispatched.

Where are pieces made?

All garments and accessories are either made or up-cycled in London, UK.

Can Pieces be altered or recreated?

Many garments can be altered or recreated. However due to being made by hand, they will differ slightly. Many pieces can also be altered to your liking, for example if you wish to have a dress shortened or sleeves altered then email prior to purchase.

I am able to recreate similar versions of most up-cycled denim pieces. However this won’t be possible for any deadstock fabric, this will be noted in the items description.

How do I care for my aujord piece(s)?

Specific cleaning instructions are provided on a note card within each parcel. Garments that contain metal or bead embellishments should be hand washed only and should not be soaked for a prolonged amount of time.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final however exchanges are possible if items are faulty upon arrival.

When does new stock get added to the Website?

Specific drop dates will be announced via @aujord on Instagram.
