How long will my order take to arrive?

Each AUJORD piece is made to order, which allows us to reduce waste and stay intentional with every silhouette. Please allow 5–10 working days for production, plus shipping time. You’ll receive a tracking number once your item’s in motion.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout. Customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

How do I know what size to order?

You can find detailed sizing info on each product page. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up — or contact us directly, and we’ll guide you.

 

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Since our garments are made to order, we currently offer store credit or exchanges, not refunds.

How should I care for my AUJORD pieces?

To keep your prints vibrant and shapes sharp, we recommend cold hand wash or delicate cycle, and air drying flat. Avoid high heat — your clothes deserve better.

What makes AUJORD different?

AUJORD blends the intention of luxury fashion with the wearability of street-ready sportswear. Our pieces are seasonless, made to move, and created in limited runs to celebrate individuality — not trends.

Do you restock past collections?

Most AUJORD pieces are limited edition and won’t be restocked. If you love something, we recommend moving fast — or joining our mailing list to be first in line for new drops.

 

Can I wear AUJORD to the gym and still dress it up?

Our silhouettes are designed to shift with you — from reps to rooftop, from slow days to statement nights.
